heat ???

simple question -*********** lab names are not allowed on this board.. / Test 350 , bottle went through full wash and dry cycle , undetected by wife ( so lucky ) . is it garbage due to heat exposure , or is it fine

my concern has to do with oil content , and it's rancidity . I am not sure of the need to worry when dealing with test , but thought I'd ask
