Is 250mg of test e. enought for maintaining on cutting...

...cycle that consists of eca stack, 3000 cals, 250g of protein, 1 hour weight training followed by jogging for 45 minutes (8 km/h). My weight right now is 185 12 % bf, and am looking to get down to 7%.

1. 12 weeks of test e. 500mg ew


2. 12 weeks of 500 mg deca,test e ew and dbol 40mg ed

yeah 250mg will keep you in an anabolic state and keep you from going catabolic

more than enough for non pro athletes
