Simple, chase it or mix it. And I agree, the Letro is so F'en bad but the clen is yummy.

Yeah you can buy empty Gel caps. They come in two sizes, the 00 i believe hold a ml. It can be a process, but well worth it in my books. I like being able to taste food and drinks during PCT. Beats suckin on an ol battery all day...

Honestly bro, i dont do much for them. They were given to me "from above" unlike other bodyparts that I need to work extremely hard on. Kinda wish i had the wider shoulder gene. Id take it over the traps anyday!
For exercise, every other week ill pick up the 100lbs freeweights or load the smith up with 6 or so plates and bust out 3-4 sets, but besides that, i stay away from them. Back days really hit my traps as well.

yeah thats the best tasting liquid ive had. their clen. The cialis isnt too shabby either. But their letro has alot of everclear in it and the adex tastes like a hobo slept in my mouth.
