    Getting my future cycle figured out...input?

    This will be my third cycle and I'm 21 yeard old. I prob. wont start it for 6 months but I just like getting things in line ahead of time.

    Previous cycles

    1st cycle- Test E 500mg a week, 10 weeks

    2nd cycle- Phera Plex-10mgs a day, 4 weeks, & Test E 550mg a week, 10 weeks


    Stats

    Height: 5'11
    Weight: 270
    Bodyfat: 18-20%
    (Currently cutting til i hit 12%)
    Currently training for 7 years, 5 years natty

    29 Inch Legs (weak point)
    21 Inch Arms
    15 Inch Forearms
    38 Inch Waist
    17.5 Inch Calves
    54 Inch Chest



    Future Cycle

    Test E 500mgs a week for 15 weeks
    Deca 400mgs a week for 12 weeks
    Maybe kickstart with a prohormone for 4 weeks

    PCT

    Nolva 20/20/20/20/20
    Arimidex .5/.5/.5/.5
    IGF-1 LR3

    Just wondering how this looked for a 3rd cycle and if anything is missing or if anything could be improved upon thanks.

    Thanks for the insight man, I have some p/hs laying around that I got a great deal on so I just figured I'd use em. I always got decent gains on them in the past though.

    Thanks man I work my ass off. I was holdin some water in this pic arms were close to 22" with not much definition.

    dont messwith the PH, get some dbol to kickstart

    also I would definetly get some clomid for PCT and how many mcgs of IGF are you gonna take for PCT and how long?

    i make the pct a little stronger maybe a little HCG . other wise every looks good. man if u can cut to 12% and then bulk u will look sick.

    geez you are one big guy! me of a guy a played football with.... but then he went to college and got all messed up on bad drugs and lost it all...and eventually it killed him....


    Just a thought maybe try test C instead....? or do test prop and winny/turnibol or something to cut down some.

    Hey man nice stats!! Definately impressive arm size, but you would be amazed at what they would look like if you took some time to shred your body of some of its fat. That size arm at your height would look Sic!!! Also I wouldn't go to say that a 29" leg is your week point, Sh** I think Arnolds were only like 30" and he was 6'2" or 6'3".

    25mcgs bi-lateral 5 days a week shot post workout, ran for four weeks.

    I cutdown a little since then and lost the water bloat I look alot better now imo. I plan on cutting to 240-245 going by the mirror more than the scale of course. When it comes to my legs im my own worst critic, hell when i look at my arms I think they're small you'll never catch me in a cutoff at the gym haha.

    so you mean 50mcg PWO? Ive ran IGF LR3 a few times and I started at 60mcg and soon bumped it up to 80mcg PWO. Have you ran it before? Also, I liked to shoot it in whatever muscle group I worked that day. If you havent done it before I would suggest atleast 60mcg PWO, and yeah I know its expensive... goodluck.     I have used before, gained a few lbs and a little strength and dropped some b/f.
    I mite not up the dosage just because I find the dosages most people use are ridiculous.
    Of course Im not saying 80mcg of IGF is lol.

    Started my first cycle at 190 with abs ended it at 215 still fairly lean. Bulked naturally til I hit 275, cut down to 240. started my second cycle at that weight and hit 275 from there on. Been cutting since PCT ended and my weight stabilized, just a long process of bulks n cuts til I reach my ridiculous unachievable (someday) goal.

    I was just talking to a long time friend of mine last night and I told him that the mirror is all thats important to me now, not my weight. I think thats the best way to go.

    I would say get the BF% down a bit more like 10-12% and then hit the drugs. you would look bad ass then

    10% is pretty low, a healthy male BF is between 12-20%. I think most people think they are lower BF then they really are... I mean 10% is considered unhealthy

    I agree on that completely, anything below 15% is pretty lean in my book.
