lose your gains

say you are trying to increase your speed. As in get a better 40 yard dash so you consider steroids such as Anavar . How much speed would you really be able to gain? And when everybody says "lose your gains" would you lose your speed as well?

if you use any type of performance enhancer and you fail to properly support the gains it helps you garner, you will lose them, including size/strength/speed. IF you use enhancers to get your body over a natural plateau and continue to build and grow your abilities without the enhancer, then you should maintain your gains.
