T-bol var cycle dosage? help

Thinking about doing t-bol var cycle im 6-4 260pd not sure of body fat 36" waist ...i have heard good results just could use some more insight an ideas,,looking to do oral only cycles not one for needles,,lol sorry guys bash away,,,,anyway any help would be helpful cycle length dosages, and pct if needed, thanks again guys,,

Tbol 60-80 mg/ed
Var 50-70 mg/ed

Run it for 8 weeks followed by 2 weeks of nolva @ 20 mg/ed and an AI.

I wouldnt say affriad of needles,,lol just would rather avoid them....Run both t-bol an var at same time?start right at that dosage? Whats AI? ........what would u suggest as calorie intake for my weight 260 and what gains should i expect? and what r sides? thanks for ur response,,
