id hit the clen while on cycle. pct you need to keep those cals up. Sme guys say use clen during pct because of the muscle sparring (anti catabolic) effects. These effects, to my knowledge, come into effect after 6 weeks. too long to run clen.
I start clen during cycle and run it through pct. That's the way it works better if you are considering the anti-catabolic properties IMO.
i heard that clen isn't anti-catabolic (studies were done on rats but they don't do like us with this product)
It is highly anabolic on cattle studies, but bulls ans cows have a huge amount of beta 2 receptors compared to the human being, to the point it was compared to stanozolol. The most it can do for us in terms of muscle gain/maintenance is helping with muscle preservation. I haven't seen any study on humans proving this, but as far as I am concerned it works for that matter.

I just tapper up until the dosage (100mcg).
Then i take it ed for the time i want with no breaks, taking 1mg of ketotifen all 7 days of every 3rd week before going to bed.
hugov did your BP increase with CLEN?
I didn't measure it, but in the 1st week I get some headaches so that probably happened.
my blood pressure went up on it. be advised to watch it carefully if you run clen. for some people their bp can skyrocket up

So should you use from day 1 of the cycle or on a 10wk cycle, start at week 4 so by the time its finished its just 'kicking in'?
Also Ive been reading a lot of people do clen 2weeks on, 2 off, etc. Would that apply here or do you really use ED for th entire 6+ weeks?

after pct u really wana give ur body a break afte a cycle and pct, so i would lay off the clen and maybe use some thermogenics
