    You sound sick...
IMO you first have used AAS bad way to feel as that, then we must know HOW did you take supplements in order to help you.

o_O as a rule of thumb i used to use the logic that if you cant bench your own body weight then you shouldnt use supplements like creatine let alone AAS [i dont think the benefits would be AS worthwhile] - that is my personal rule of thumb, dont hurt me...

Anavar will lose you fat from personal experience... you really need to push yourself in training and do CARDIO - they're not a magic pill , but then again winstrol should have helped you with that! I dont honestly think AAS are the way to go for you...

Post your diet you might be able to bulk up naturally, as for AAS these arent your first point of call - you could try using ECA to help lose the fat or even clen if you do enough research into it, of even good old fashion thermogens you can buy from most retailers.

Your diet could be what's causing your problems, if you eat shit you'll perform like shit!

I used to be ****ing fat slop too. around 177cm i've got no idea how many feet and inches is that. And at that height, i was wei***nig over at 115 kg if i am not wrong, that should be around 253 lbs of lard. I knew that something has to be done. I do cardio first thing in the morning before breakfast and cardio at night before going to sleep. And in 4 months, i was left with 75 kg but with freakin loose skin. I am currently 87-89 kg with approx 10-12 % bf. Now what i am trying to say is, there is really no short cut to loosing weight and ultimately geting the body u want. I know this may not be what u wanna hear but its the truth dont waste ur money on roids now as they wont be of any good. Oh ya if i were u, i would buy myself a couple bottles of lipo 6 this is one powerful son of a gun that works. Good luck!!!

lethargy that bad may be a medical problem if it's not due to lack of desire.. which it sounds like is not your problem since you are trying to be active and improve yourself but the lethargy is hindering you... this sounds different to me than the fatass on the couch who says he can't run because he's tired...
