Hey guys,

I have a few question,

Frist, I took d-bol for about 3 months and I ran out of it, I was just checking to see if I was suppourt to take PCT AFTER?

Also, is it ok to miss 4 days, and then 2 day work out, and then 2 off again, I have been very sick and have nothing in me to pump. today I am going to do some close push-up and alittle ti-cep work out, and a bow-flex curl, and a few sit-ups, just so my body still has abit of pump.

You really need to read a lot. 3 months of a Dbol cycle...and just because you ran out? Yes you are supposed to take PCT.

Heh at least you have good spirit, you should not run dbol for more than 6-8 weeks, really. On top of that it is difficult to keep your gains when you run it by itself so I dont understand why you would do that...also if you need to question your workout regime in that way I would go out on a limb and say you need to exercise much longer and read a lot more, reading is fun and learning is great so get to it and you will improve every day. ...


and yes you were supposed to take pct after, why not?
