Red Mark in my leg...not again!!!

Please not again...last time I had a severe obcess in my right delt, although at the begining I never saw a red mark on my delt on the spot of the injection, but this time I injected 1cc of equipose in my right leg this wednesday, as soon as I touched the needle in my skin it hurt a bit and when I took it out some blood came out, now I have a red mark in my leg, I hope this is not a begining of an obcess, do u guys think that this could only be that I hit a small vein or something so its red?
