first time use of 10ml multi inject vial

hey guys - quick help needed here.

I 'spose I only remove the small round mid-section of the alloy cap and go with the needle straight through the rubber cap to draw out into syringe - right?

You guys usually cover the rubber midsection again thereafter or is it safe to be kept like that? 10ml vial in fridge?

scuse if my Q's seem daft but I've only used the 1ml amps before.

Yes only remove the middle section of metal, wipe the rubber with an alcohol pad each time before use, and do not keep it in a fridge if it is regular gear.
