If she wants a baby soon and it is a priority of yours as well, I'd hold off on the cycle for now, conceive that baby, then continue

I got my wife pregnant on a cycle of Test Prop and NPP and she was on the Pill, we just had the baby and its perfectly fine!

Even if he stops now tren will keep him shut down for a while. Go to the pct forum and check out the Anthony Roberts pct.
Never start a cycle without having your pct figured out and all compounds on hand.
