When to take drol

Okay so I am running 100mg/day of drol. I read the half life is 8 to 9 hours. I have them in 50mg tabs, I have been taking one in the morning (around 6:00 am) and one before bed (around 8:30). Do you think I should split up the dose to 25mg 4 times daily?

no, twice a day is fine. i like to take 1 in a.m and the other 1hr before training
