Frontloading or Dbol ?

I have never used steroids but only IGF-1 and am planning my first cycle. I will prolly do Test E for 8-10 weeks at 400mg EW only and then PCT

My question is should I use Dbols weeks 1-4 at 30mg or should I front load the Test E in week 1 to get the effects sooner.

My goal is to put on quality size

Even if you frontload the long ester still wont kick in right away So I say both.Front load it and use dbol for 3 weeks

def dbol bro! and first time i would only run it for 4 weeks you can do 40mg ed if ya wanted! becarful though dbol always gave me heartburn. 6 weeks is okay but why do more than you have to. by the way isnt everybodys goal to get a little bit bigger ..lol

i agree but if this is your 1st run with dbol i'd do like 30 mg's,40 last time made me feel like shit!but everyones different.....repped

I would leave it out, very overrated in my eyes, well unless 5lbs of water bloat right in the beginining of cycle is cool to you. Kinda also lets everybody know your using cause of fat face, moon face , whatever the fuc you want to call it.

i like that statement! kinda agree actually. i think the water retention just give a bit more confidence that its working. so i think its more of a mind set!

thanks for the input....my first cycle don't have experience with either. I would stay off of Dbol just to see how i react with one element - TEST

Start some Armidex a week prior to starting the D-bol and that will help you with the pumpkin head look.

Well soduim and sugar intake has alot of effect on water retention, you probably diet clean.
