What would be a reasonable tren dose for an athlete ?
I know bodybuilders like it at 100-150MG EOD or something.

I started tren at 50mg ED and got nice results, i think this is a good starting point.
What do you mean test at 150-200mg? is that per day week? what kind?

im midway through week 6 150mg total, three times a week great gains.

Imo 50mg ED is the recomended dose for first time tren ace users.

Thanks, just trying to find out if its the same for athletes... everybody here say "500mg test per week is a good starting dose" even though 250mg plenty for a track athlete.
besides its extremely expensive, if i can make strength, aggression and recovery gains from 50mg, injected 3 times a week in addition with susp 50mg\day and T3, that would be a good, cheap cycle.
Not interested in weight gains...

tren is ver yver ynot recommended for any kind of endurance activities. it KILLS your cardio and ability to breathe... 10 minutes of Jiu Jitsu and I'm puffing my arse off when usually 30 minutes is still fine but getting winded...

Hmmm.. maybe you guys were using high doses ?
is it even dose related or is it the nature of the drug itself ?

its the nature of the drug.. your cardiovascular will suffer while on.. even with your 50mg ed

You will regret it for sure. I was doing 50-70 mile bike rides 3 times a week. Once I started tren a 10 mile ride became painful in a feels like death kind of way. I worked my way up in distance throught cycle but it took 2 months post cycle to get my endurance back close to where it was. You should take a closer look at masteron , halo, or mdht. You are right on about the test though.

You guys are silly, sprinting 60-100m is not endurance he will not have any problems completing his speed workouts, i am taking 150mg of tren ace and have 0 sides but great gains. 60-80miles bike rides is not speed work but pure endurance and the reason most of you guys have problems is bc of the amounts not the drug.

Kratos, mDHT is mestelonone right ?i wanted to use it once ... care to find me a profile of it ? it sounds good but i have no idea where to get it.
damn maldorf... is it that serious ? i'm not gonna sit on a treadmill for hours and run tho.. max distance i run is 200m. in prac the hardest thing i'll do on my heart is probably something like 200x4 with short rests.

Hi Jason - sorry to jump into your thread like that... defo not meaning to h'jack it, however I am sure the question I want to ask is something you are after as well.
what I'd really like to know from the pro's and experienced tren users on here is at what dose you reckon that tren will have a serious negative effect on your endurance?

I feel like it cuts into endurance no matter what dose really. If youre going to do it at an effective dose you can count of losing endurance. I get easily winded after doing a good set of heavy squats, even if its just 6 reps. I think it will effect sprints too. If you dont mind losing some endurance it is a great thing to use for strength and lean mass.
