I have liquid Clen on hand, it is a bit of an annoyance to split 3x daily, is it ok to take in one go, in the morning? Or is it best to split? Which way is more effective?

I have liquid Clen on hand, it is a bit of an annoyance to split 3x daily, is it ok to take in one go, in the morning? Or is it best to split? Which way is more effective?
I split it. But it doesn't make such a difference as clen has a 36h half life.
i took mine all at once upon waking.
not a problem for me, other than the shaking which tapers off through the day
