    test-e dosage

    my last cycle i did 500mg/wk. split 250 2x a week. very common. can i up it this time around? not necessarily the days i inject but the dosage. i understand it doesnt do anything to do it more common becase of the ester life. whats the most you can inject at a safe level?

    I have run test e from as low as 200mg/week and as high as over 1g a week, personally I never say any greater gains after about 600mg/week, so that is the limit I usually run.

    yea.... i tried a gram or more a week... no good for overall returns... 500 is great, 600 tops. unless your like 280 and competing lol

    You could try 500mg/wk again and see the results, otherwise you could add some deca or so.
