My cycle is basiclly dianabol - methandrostenolone (30mg a day)
(weeks 1-4)
then combined with anadrol 50 - oxymetholome (50mg - 100mg a day)
(weeks 5-9)
I have nolvadex and clomid ready for pct, but wasn't sure what week should I introduce these into the cycle?? And what sort of dosage? I was thinking of 20mg a day nolvadex and 50mg a day clomid for 3-4 weeks. And I would probably start this on my last week of steroids week 9? or is it better to introduce pct during weeks 7/8 or something?
Also is it okay to continue training as normal whilst on nolvadex and clomid?
