    Tips for increasing vascularity?

    Well I did not know where to put this, and since this is the place with most users, so I thought I'd give it a go!

    What can I do on my own to increase vascularity?
    Steroids ofcourse... But training, dieting wize

    I have poor vascularity from the genetic perspective, so I hope you guys come with some good tips!

    I know I have to have low bodyfat, ofcourse.

    No-Xplode lol. Idk I think as u get bigger ur vascularity goes up, I know mine has as I've gotten bigger. But really in my opinion and experience more vascualrity doesn't do much for me. I think alota companies market that stuff and say that it work to help with strength and muscle but it doesn't do no such thing. I've heard taht IGF increases vascularity as well.

    Vanadyl Sulfate is a natural vasolidator, it works great for increasing vascularity.

    Kidding about the NO-explode, or does it work?
    I've experienced a little more vascularity with different supplements.

    Ofcourse your vascularity goes up as your muscle get bigger, but I wanna know what I can do with my current mass, to increase it

    IGF is out of the question aswell.

    low body fat, low sodium intake to reduce water retention, a lot of arginine, then you got EQ, var, tren , igf etc

    I am naturally vascular even with fairly high body fat maybe it is just my genetics but I find doing super sets and drop sets helps. Obviously during a workout as they give an incredible blood pump but I find it gives a last effect.

    getting your BF% down low will help.

    Supps I've used havent really worked well.

    I didnt think I would get any more vascular off of prop/npp but its actually been a big difference.

    NO D2T from GNC worked great for me. Lost about 100lbs this year, but Im still around 12-14% bodyfat. Forearms, bi's and legs got very vascular after about an hour after taking the stuff, and after about a week, it didnt go away after workouts. I was using the whole Biogenetics kit. My roommate said it didnt do anything for him though. But he has been bodybuilding for years (he's 48) and all his veins stand out all the time anyways.
