Source check question

Well i am at the 100 post mark now. Can someone explain to me how this source check works? of course i am knew to this so help would be appreciated. A couple of weeks ago someone from this forum told me to pm them when i get 100 post. i dont remember who it was but thats not the point. the point that i am getting to is basically i am confused on source checking and how it works. this posts maybe stupid to most but please help. thanks

You send a pm to a staff member that does source checks, and ask them for any info about the source in question. Pay attention to staff member's signatures though, considering recent activity many of us are not doing source checks at this time, so if someone says "no source checks" in their signature please respect that.

how do u know if someone does source checks? i dont want to piss anyone off. i am not looking for that, i am just looking for help.

Under most staff members posts there is more info written. You can see on the one above he clearly states no source checks given!

Well first make sure that you have signatures turned on. Most of the mods/vets etc will have it in their signature whether they do checks or not. Id say about 50% of them do checks. But none of them knew any of my sources.. so basically even if they do check there is a good chance they wont know them .

Some common sense goes along way when finding sources. Rumors are the DEA is cracking down on "gear" and for obvious reasons most people would prefer to stay in the shadows.

Source checks can be hard to find. I just placed a $50 order...if it goes bad I'll never go back and mention it to anyone who brings up the site. If it goes well I'll order more

sorry, but i cant understand this incredible flamming. In the two posts, all Ima******ger did was answer a question and point out a violation of the forum rules. Grow up.

I don't expect all members to agree with me, although I would rather those that disagree with me do so in a more respectful fashion. I help to enforce the rules here because it's my job, it seems that those who abide by the rules typically don't take issue with that.

Yup if you dont like the board then take a hike....seems to be alot of new people here looking for sources...then get pissed when they dont get them...this board is not for getting sources!!!!!
