    Questions on what I should take

    I am looking at taking something, I really never took anything before, so I would like to take something good but nothing crazy. NO needles of course, but nothing that will make me look like I took actual roids. Any suggestions? Tips on diet maybe?

    how old are you, weight, height, BF%

    Do you know what gyno is? PCT? Test?

    Not sure on UR stats, and age or UR goals, but I would stick to lifting on a regular basis and eating right.

    21 years old, as of today 205lbs, BF% no more than 20..... i have no idea what gyno, pct or test is..

    you don't need anything bro, the results you want you can get from propper nutrition.

    start by reading all the educational threads, steroid profiles and diet questions.

    with no knowlege on anything no one here is going to spell it all out for you, this takes time.

    i can:
    squat 315 x 15
    bench 275 x 1
    clean 225 x 6
    dead 495 x 5
    but i still cannot gain any mass... im 5'11, and dont look like I can lift this wieght , i would just like to fill out a bit.

    i really dont have one.. i eat a bowl of cereal for breakfast , 2 sandwichs for lunch, 2 protien shakes (one before and after lifting) and a decent size dinner... usually compromising of chicken or a steak with vegetables. I dont eat any fast food or any junk. I know this isnt specific but i just eat whatever.

    Then you shouldn't question why you can't gain any mass. Head to the diet section and read up on bulking diets near the top, unless you drastically change your eating habits you won't be able to obtain any real size.
