    how to start

    hey bros ok im 36 my w 180 pounds h 6'0 have a little gut & skinny legs upper body i get fit quick im doing a little research on roids im might not need it but for legs & stomach i want to know which roid to take cause im looking to tone stomach but thicker legs

    there is no aas that is better for legs or arms or back you cant pick what parts you want to get in better shape with roids only thing you can do is hit those areas harder eat and diet good

    ^^^^^ juicenchris said it best... Look into proper diet and lifting techniques.. There is no special drug that you can shoot into a muscle and make it develop

    (guys, im not talking about synthol to someone unexperienced.. so dont chime in here say Nu UH dmax your wrong!!)

    before you try roids, experiment with herbal supps or a good protein supp(Nitrotech) in GNC first. go the safe route to see what your body likes and dislikes. im speaking from experience because ive tried damn near every product in GNC. if you're trying to build your legs i would suggest biking(indoors or out) and squats. ask any bodybuilder how to get massive legs and i bet 99.9% of them will say "Squats"!!!

    wow thanks guys I feel like I'm @ a annual family cook out & u guys r walking by me & smacking me in back of my head 4 thinking it lol well ill start with the gnc diet I hate diet lol & working hard. my supplaments are animal pack vitamins #2 black whey protein 1200 fish oils so ill go that rout 4 know lol thanks again luv this sight

    Yeah, your diet is going to be the key. No matter how hard you work, if your diet is out of whack then so will the results.
