Hi there,
Im pretty new to the whole fitness scene, and want to decrease my bodyfat percentage (from 18 percent down to around 8 - 12) but in the meantime i also want to keep or add to my lean mass (i am currently 210 pounds and want to be around 240 with that low body fat percentage) aswell as increasing strength gains.
What products would people reccomend that youdo not have to inject ?
any help or imformation would be much appriciated
