    Just not Hungry enough!!!

    Hey all!
My problem is that i'm 2.5 weeks into my cycle of Sust250 0.5ml eod and i'm basically having to force myself to eat!!
I'm training and i would have thought that the training would have increased my hunger by now!(or atleast the Sust). Is it too early?

I'm trying to clan bulk a little while losing a bit of bf%.
    Stats:
29yo 6'2 216pounds and been training on/off for about 2.5 years but more seriously for the past 6-8 months.
I'm not a hard gainer cos when previously my diet has consisted of eating crap i put on weight so easily (fat), but eating clean in large amounts im finding very difficult to eat enough!
I wouldn't know my diet on paper cos it varys so much from day to day but i want to take in about 3500 calories a day.
Lastly i know that this Q has sort of got on the diet subject but just hoping for responses as to when i should start getting real hunger????

Hello fellow aussie. Dont listen to these guys about the ******that stuff is crap and you dont want it in your body.
I have heard a few people complain that they are not hungry on cycle. Are you getting bloating from the sus250. I find it real hard to eat when I am really bloated. I also find three to four weeks is when I really start the feel the effects of long estered test. Good luck with your cycle champ

Throw in 25-50mcg ED of T3 and you'll be set.

Guys, you should edit your post...there is no discussion of rec. drugs on here...after you continue to force yourself to eat, you'll start becoming more accustomed to it...it's hard for me at first, but then after awhile it gets easier...try eating more times per day and maybe less amounts...snack on some type of good protein every couple hours...if can't eat the whole foods, drink ya a good shake

Cut your meal size down and eat more frequently, speeds your metabolism naturaly, try to schedule meals your body will adjust routinly. Also may be getting to many carbs.

hey Aussie, when you eat a meal, your meal should consist of carbohydrates, protien, and fat.. now my buddie is a eating champion and he states that he eates his carbs first in the meal then finishes the protien and fats at the end of the meal... REASON?? because fats and protien are known to be hard on the stomach and may cause you to get the full fealing early.. TRD has good advice..

try eating your carbs first then your protien and fats later in the meal.. try that and let us know.. good luck mate..

    lol at your avatar

    Thanks heaps everyone!
Firstly i don't want to throw eq in the mix cos this is my first cycle so i'll just keep it simple for now.
I will take the advice however; to eat less more frequently and eat carbs first and finish with protein and fats. I'll see how this works and if it's on the mark i'll be real happy!!
    Thanks all..................

In time you will get used to it, I can't remember the last time I felt hungry. I eat because I know it's the fuel I need to meet my goals, and my body is used to eating every couple of hours. I even set the alarm on my phone to remind me when I'm at work that it's time for more fuel.

I've heard that b12 injections can increase appetite as well as echinecha supplements. EQ is supposed to but I was gonna run it and people told me to save it for another cycle cuz you'd have to do like 400-600 a week. Nah if you do that stuff that'll give u the munchies u'll be lazy and won't wanna go train so its not worht it. lol nice thought tho
