    Back and joint pain

I’m in the middle of week 8 of 12 test e 250 2x week 1st cycle. Also take 10mg ED Tamoxifen

I have unbelievable gains in strength and weight. I’m up 20 pounds. I started having pain if the fore arms last week especially doing preacher curls. The pain has gradually gotten worse and has spread to elbows and lower back

Is this a side of the gear? Is this a common problem? Is there something I can take to stop the pain? Any thoughts or advise would be greatly appreciated.

How much strength did you gain?

In legs I work out with 3x what I did before cycle. Upper body about 2x. It’s like the weights just got lighter.

Usually when I get in a situation like this its because I have picked up strength so fast that my joints and connective tissue like tendons and ligaments cant keep up. Connective tissue grows very slow. When I get pains like this I know its time to lighten up on the weights and do higher reps for a week or two, just play it by ear. Concentrate on using perfect form and doing higher reps, 12-15 reps or so. Might also want to decrease the volume you are doing for a week or so too, meaning cut down on total number of sets. You are working yourself into overtraining if youre not already there. You cant go balls out week after week, even if youre on cycle.
