My Testosterone Levels Doubled, But How?

I am 49 years old. My testosterone level was in the 350 range for 8 years. Now for some reason it shot up to 675. I was on Synthroid for years. I changed to Cytomel for my u**eractive thyroid. Does anyone know if Cytomel will increase testosterone levels in the body?

If it does its new to me. I knew it increased protein synthesis, but not test levels.

Have you lost bodyfat after starting cytomel?

Lowering your BF will increase testosterone levels b/c estrogen aromatase heavily in fat-cells, and estrogen is very supressive on the HPTA...(Lower BF=Lower estrogen=Higher testosterone.)

Good point. One other explanation could be that the less aromatase is available, less test is converted to estrogen and that by itself would mean more total test.
