on flare up of acne, what do you guys take? vitamin b help?

The best thing that I can recommend mate is Vitamin C and if serious Accutune. Unfortunately Acne is just one of those things that there is no real fix for... Just trial and error...

yup.. vitamins b esp b12 aggravate acne. accutane is a magic drug but it's not something you just 'try', serious stuff with loads of side effects, but to be honest it's the only drug which works for acne.

I was wondering if anybody had luck with Clean And Clear or Proactive.... along that line.

Proactive, my (ex)wife used that stuff and it kept her face pretty clear

Or those clearasil wipes i guess. If you have oily skin you might just have to bring face wash with you so you can wash a couple times per day.

Yes, UV light does help with acne...true. I guess it'll give you a reason to be tan year round??

from my expeience,, it has always been an issue of hormone control,, usually too much estrogen will get me pooping zits like they were going out of style

I use doxycycline and it helps me very much.. but I have always had oily skin... 31y/o with acne is not cool.

I belive you on that note., but just something i have noticed was that whenever i went on an AI,, my pimples started disappering

got some bacne recently on my lower back. It flares up into giant welts. Never had a problem with acne b4. My wife got some perscription cream 10% salysic acid. Destroys the fukers
