Has anyone here ever done a test cycle and used only a crossfit or gym jones type training routine? I'm curious as to what gains, (strength and leanmass) could be achieved, if you kept your calories on the lower side, followed a proper PCT and focused on things like bodyweight exercises for max reps. Like pullups, pushups, single leg squats, tire flips, cleans, box jumps, rings, etc. what would the results be? Test E + Strength Endurance Training for Max Rep to Failure + Very Clean Diet = ????.
