new cycle..whatcha think!!
I have don 3 prior mass cycles and am trying to really lean up and bring the b/f way down..I am 6'2, 224 lbs, waist 38 inches, 18-20% BF...
my goal is to get down to 10-12% BF..
PRIMOBOLAN 1-12 WKS 300MG PER WEEK
ANAVAR 1-8 75MG PER DAY
PCT-NOLVA TO FIISH
MILKTHISTLE, FISHOIL, GLUCUSOMINE, TAURUS , AMINOS, ALA, CLA,-ETC..THRU OUT...
CARDIO 5 DAYS PER WEEK @ 40 TO 60 MIN PER WEEK
WEIGHTS 4 DAYS PER WEEK
DIET
PROTEIN - 60%
CARBS-20%
FATS-20%
ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED..THANKS TO ALL OF YOU

What were your previous cycles?
It's CERTAINLY odd that a cycler would exclude Test and other valuable injectables from ANY cycle.

I had done a winny only cycle prior and also did a primo and winny cycle..but have been clean for over 3 years....

here you go
weeks
1-10 prop 50mg a day
1-9 mast 100mg a day
1-4 var 80 mg a day
1-10 clen 120mcg day 2 weeks on, 1 week benadryl, back on 2 weeks- repeat
diet is the key in losing bf. If you think you can handle tren ace, then id recomend that. But you have to do alot of research first. Its a harsh compound. Try cardio 4-5 days a week for 1.5 hours and lifting 3 days a week for no more than 1.5 hours. 40/40/20 macro is usally recomended, but you ,might be able to trim down the carbs later on in the day. gl
