Gyno Worries

Is there any permanent ways of preventing gyno and once its struck does the operation permanently get rid of it ? what do you guys rekon, cause ive had a small hard lump behind right nipple since my 1st sust and deca cyle a few yrs back it doesn't get any bigger and its not noticable to others but is to me cause i know its there, i'd just like to get rid lol, i think i might stay away from deca in the future like, i'd say out of all the nasty sides from steroids i think most of us guys really worry about gyno the most like, cause none of want to wear a bra do we now, could you guys tell me something though say you are running deca and test cyp or test e,you take bromo and say vit b6 for cutting chance of deca gyno but can nolva still be used for the test, or do you have to use L-dex,Aromasin, or 6-OXO to help with the aromatization, and how much would ya need to be taking ect. any help clering this up will be gretaly appreciated.

THERE ARE CERTAIN PRECAUTIONS (AI'S & SERMS) THAT CAN BE RUN DURING CYCLE, BUT RISK IS ALWAYS PRESENT.

AS LONG THERE IS GLANDULAR TISSUE BENEATH THE AREOLA, THERE EXISTS THE POTENTIAL FOR ABNORMAL DEVELOPMENT (SEE LINK BELOW). THUS, IF SAID TISSUES WERE COMPLETLY REMOVED, SO WOULD THE POTENTIAL FOR GYNO.

NOLVA WOULD BE BEST SUITED FOR SUCH A CYCLE (SEE LINK #1 BELOW).
BUT IN YOUR CASE, IT WOULD BE MORE EFFICACIOUS TO WORK ON REVERSING THE PRESENT GYNO PRIOR TO A NEW CYCLE. TWO OF THE BEST OPTIONS FOR THIS ARE NOLVA AND LETRO THERAPY, THE LATTER IS IN LINK #2.

cheers magic thanks for the advice and taking the time out to reply, mild gyno wont stop me using steroids but i'll just be more carefull from now and if i develop a pair of man boobs i guess i'll have the operation, once you have had the op though will your chest look deformed.
