    Please help me here!

    Hey Guys I was wondering if youall could help here. Me and my workout partner go back and fourth every day about steroids. He says that doing a cycle of just winstrol will lean you out. I say that any cycle without some sort of test thrown in is useless. We both carry alot of muscle but need to lean out. My diet is clean eating 5 meals a day 2 of them being protein drinks. I am keeping my cals down cause i have more bf. We are planning our next cycle now which we will not start until january. I havent done a cycle in about 6 years so i am looking at this as a first cycle again. We have access to just about anything and was looking for some good advice on a simple cycle that we can still leanout on. we dont want a big bulking cycle and certinally want to keep the water retention to a minumum. What do you guys think? Maybe sust 250 1 weekly with winny ed or eod. Oh btw i am 6'2' 270 36 years old. Please give me some suggestions. Thanks

    I would run Test E and EQ I'm not a big fan of orals there just to hard on your liver.

    Sus need's to be shot at least e o d as there is prop in it. If you were gonna take winny shots e o d you might as well get prop and shoot together. With winny in my experience you need to have a low ish body fat so see the results. I've read alot lately about t 3 and clen combo. That may be worth a look

    I think you would like the results from a prop/tren cycle

    say around.... prop at 75-100mg a day
    tren at 50-75mg a day

    Sounds Like you have the mass. You could harden up and lean out with a good clean high cal diet. I think you would see excellent results from this cycle.

    agreed w/ above...if you were to run winny, you wanna shoot it every day not eod...eod if pointless in my opinion...leaning out has more to do w/ diet than anything you can take...you can take a bulking cycle, and if you do the right diet, will still lean out...i'd run the test at around 500/week, and maybe throw some clen in there, but just do some diet and cardio more than anything...hit the diet section bro...sounds like you've got some real good size on you now...what's ur bf%? any idea? by the way, like the above said as well, i dont think you'll see the effects of winny much til you get into the lower digit bf

    I completley agree with this. I have ran winny 4 times in the past and have not been very impressed, however last summer i ran it at a lower bf and enjoyed the results much more.

    I think people get it stuck in thier head that winny helps reduce bf% alone, which is not the case. The people who have great results with it are usually the ones who are competing or are a very low %bf (wintrol compliment's a trim physique very well). Than, newbies will look at or hear these amazing results with these individuals from winstrol, and blindly ignore the dedication to other aspects of bodybuilding (well, this could be said for alot of steroids). Anyways, there are much better choices out there then winstrol.
