Can someone please help me out with the liquid dose...its from Lion at 50mL. 20mg/ml....trying to take 20mg a day, so how many squirts would that be? I have searched all over, and found every other research chem expect this one. Thanks

you can just use a syringe to pull out 1 cc and there is your 20mg. Take the needle off and squirt it into your mouth. You can reuse the same syringe just clean it.
