tren - diet approach question
i often see posts where tren users state they're gaining muscle while losing fat during tren cycle. let me picture imaginary sytuation, lets say if i was running tren for 10weeks and wanted to lose 3% of body fat and gain about 15lbs of lean mass which diet approach i'd have to lean to more to achieve the goal?
a) cutting
b) bulking

If you want 15lbs of muscle in 10weeks you will have to be bulking.

15lbs of muscle is a lot to add unless you are very far from your potential or are new to aas. I used tren at the end of a decca/enth cycle with prop at 100mg tren a/50mg prop a day for 3-4 weeks. I stopped growing from the enth/decca, didnt change my diet or cardio or anything and all of a sudden i started gaing weight while losing fat. I actually lost a couple of lbs net once, so i added 1000 calories to my diet and ended up gaining 3-4 net lbs. I dodnt know how much muscle i gained there, but it was alot. Maybe 10 lbs. and i got cut too.
