when you use nolva (serm) with 19-nors it can increase your chances of getting gyno instead of reducing them. you should use an AI with 19-nors and save the serms for pct.

there are so many threads on this.
nolva can increase pgr when used with 19nors which can potentially worsen gyno symptoms
