I like arimadex the best for water. Start out with .25mg every day, or .5mg eod. If you are not getting it under control bump to .5mg ed. Remember though that ai's can hinder gains by driving your estrogen to low, that is not good for bulking. When I bulk I just say screw it, bring on the puffy face.

i would have to say letro is the strongest but it effects my sex drive negatively... a-dex works perfectly in all my cycles... it's milder then letro... and just remember if you wana grow you need a good amount of estrogen in your body as well, i feel i grow better and get more quality gains from a-dex... take a look at merc.'s essay on the role of estrogen in muscle building... letro prevents about 70-90% conversion from test to estrogen and adex about 50%.... depending on doseage of course....

like everyone said, arimidex is a solid choice.

mostly the ancillary used if compound dependant. obviously you dont need letro for a test e cycle but you might for a test/tren cycle.

running the exact same cycle ANd same pct, but adding proviron and hcg . I'm about to start ldex for an ai after signs of gyno. Letro too strong and not necessary for me.
