    ReSEARCH Pay's off (1st cycle)

    Ok brothers, I am turning 23 soon, as of now I am 22 hahaha,
    Anyways, I am not trying to get all crazy buff just something to see when I am looking at myself.

    So I came up with my cycle and would love the ones who love me still to help me

    H- 5'9
    W- 168 DROP A FEW damn.
    Age 22
    Bicep - just under 15in
    Legs and that havn't got to, but I will have it all mark to see what I gain from my plan.

    Anyways here it is:

    Week 1-8 - Sus 250 Sac - 250mg weekly
    Week 3-8 - Dianabol Ana - 15-20mg a day

    Week after cycle complete PCT

    Nolva 20mg 1-6 weeks (if need that long)?
    Aromasin 1-2 20mg
    Vitamin E I take then all the time.

    why are you starting the dbol on week 3? why not start week 1 and do 1-4? Also, why not bump the syst to 500 a week and run a 12 weeker?

    Also you could bump that dbol dosage to 40mg/d

    just my thoughts

    i think that you'll get ok results w/ proper diet, but the dosages are a little on the low side..what do you mean bu the Sac, and Ana?

    My prop diet I am going to figure out myself, weightwatcher will help me eat healthy and my cal intake will help me gain what I want.
    With abit of biking 4-5 times a week and at the gym atless 4 times a week and abit of bow-flex at home,

    Amorphic, I may think of that forsure thanks, I am just short on the dough. so trying to gain some and cut back some fat and give my body a change to get me more into my workouts more, I have been pumping for a good year and back anf forth before that at home.

    Please let me know more

    I'd be doing a lot more research on diet if I were you... do you know how many calories you need to gain weight? Why are you biking, you're just wasting calories you're eating that your body needs to grow.

    second that.. calories is underestimated by many these days.. look into it..

    Week 3-8 - Dianabol Ana - 15-20mg a day 30mg/day at least for the FIRST 6 weeks

    Week after cycle complete PCT

    Nolva 20mg 1-6 weeks (if need that long)? Yes, too long
    Aromasin 1-2 20mg
    Vitamin E I take then all the time.
