combat water retention and acne??

Q, what products and at what dosage do i use for keeping water retention low
and also how to control the acne???

When considering a counter-measure, one must first know what is being countered. And "no" that would not be bloating and acne, they are merely side effects. You'd be countering their respective causes (estro, prolac, proges, or a combination) and you'd need to acknowledge the source (Test, Nor, DHT, or a stack) in order to administer the appropriate counter as the wrong Tx can exacerbate the problem.

for acne i have found that the medicated bar of soap u can get at the pharmacys works great for me,along with tanning

thanks guys much appreciate it....magic im thinking of going on a new cycle, i have been off for over a year now, im thinking of test enth and deca, run at 500mg test and 400mg deca, im prone to acne and water retention this is why im asking...

you can run arimidex, aromasin or low dose letro, though letro would be a little excessive because of how much estrogen it eliminates.

i'd start off with some arimidex e4d or so if bloating is apparent. adjust accordingly.

so you want him to use medicated soap? sure. now what exactly will that do for water retention and bloating exactly?

personally, i'd rather 'take some pills' if it means avoiding excessive bloat and potentially scarring acne by keeping my estrogen down, but you can use your medicated soap all you want.

and how exaclty is a bar of soap going to help his kidneys and liver, and why do you assume they are in trouble in the first place?

thank you very much, Amorphic, does the arimidex help with the acne also? are these symptoms derived from the same source, estrogen?? and can using a general anti-estrogen like arimidex help in both cases,

That's exactly what I'm saying. Only pop pills, as Avalanche put it, to combat not anticipatorily.

Now, learning from history is different, if you've run the same compounds at similar dosages before and had problems, then it's logical to assume they'd reappear. However, even this IS NOT CERTAIN. Since many gear side effects are rapidly reversed, they afford us the ability to be reactive rather than proactive.
