I reject your reality and substitute my own
Dark urine = Dehydrated, drink more water ... RED urine = blood in urine
Blood in snot = bleeding sinuses, normal for this time of year. Air is dry. Try using a sodium cloride nasal spray to help moisterize them. Could also be caused by high blood pressure

it's not a result to gear...my sinus' are doing the same crap right now...every morning when i wake up i have that problem..i get so dried out during the night...just the climate, not the gear...make sure you drinking at least a gallon of water a day even more if possible, and that'll take care of your urine problem as well

The gear can raise your blood pressure and you will bleed easier too. So what you are seeing can be related to that too. I would check your blood pressure just to be safe.
