Depending on where you got them, could be a gamble, could be 100% legit. Get them and take a picture without the lab name showing and someone here can tell you if it's fake or legit

most legit sources take western union or other wireless money orders that are not traceable

Western Union is the best way to go in my opinion, and I prefer to do it at the counter rather than online.

Ya, most grocery stores have them. Located at the Customer service desk up in the front of the store someplace. Walk up and get a "to send money" form and fill it out. Make sure you have enough cash to cover the amount you need plus a transfer fee. The fee is about $30 to send around 300 - 400$ I believe. To be safe, bring an extra $10 per $100 you send and you will have plenty to cover all costs

Oils arent illegal, I wouldnt worry about that. Make sure the source is a reputable research company, get references or source checks... I would buy anything except the actual gear with my CC, such as syringes, vials, oil, filters, etc, because they arent really illegal, (though this depends where you live, so check your laws).
If you cant find a reputable place, you can always bake, filter and add some BA yourself to make it safe.

I brought syring and added novla, on my bill it only showed syring, order about 3 days ago, I am from canada, eh hahaha
