I need help on choosing the best legal alternatives for steriods . Back in college I did juice and gained alot of weight but now I have a family and I travel alot I just need to know the best brand and product out there. I am 5'11" 230 with 16% B.F I really want to decrease my body fat and get lean and hard. I know it has to do with diet and I am working on it, but I also want a big help in doing so without using anything AS. I have tried to search but alot looks like bullshit company's out there and I figured someone who is in the mix here can shoot me in the right direction. Thanks

To be honest most the aas users I know pay little attention to supplements that are not the basics.

The only supplements I use are protien and multi-viatamin. focus on a good clean diet and a good protein powder. I use Optimum Nutrition, good taste/quality with good pricing.
