help with cycle!

i want to do this for my 3rd cycle;
sustanon 500mg weekly x12
equipoise 600mg weekly x12
tren enanthate 400mg weekly x12
do i have to run any serms or ai's alongside this cycle as i am not prone to gyno,if i do what should i run and at what dose?

If I where in your shoes I would run arim at .25mg ed or .5mg eod. I thought I was not prone to gyno, but in my 5th year of aas use I found I was wrong. Also I would cut the tren down to 10 or even 8 weeks and then change it out for some winnie. Tren can be really hard on you, and most would not consider taking it that long. Especialy for a third cycle.

imo, id save the ai's for when i thought i needed them. dont get me rong, i have l;etro, exmestane and adex, but unless i bloat or get sensitive nips im staying off of them. Why take something if you dont need it?

idealy after your proposed cycle above, id do prop at 350-575 a week for 2 weeks then go into pct 3 days after that. undecyclate ester is a very long ester and it is always recomended to run test past other esters. if you cant get prop, run another week of sust and then go into pct 14 days after your last shot.

That is an intersting point since it is an enanthate...yet I have never read that before. Where did you hear that?

you can run it for 8 weeks if you wish,but enanthate compounds can take a while to fully kick in...so for that reason id run it for 10-12 weeks

It takes a long time to wear off too. So you might want some caber on hand. If I was going to try it, I think I'd get ace and run it with prop just to see how it goes.

your biggest problem I see is running that much Eq.. I think thats a no no from personal experience.. someones gonna be lethargic....

your sustanon is a blend of 'testosterone' which you are also running with your sustanon...

Drop the Eq to 400mg wk, run the sustanon at 500mg wk. buy an AI for sides if they arrise and your good to go... Id shoot atleast twice a week.. that sustanon has some short ester test in there..

This is what I would do:

1-13: sustanon @ 500mg
1-12: eq @ 600mg
1-11: tren e @ 400mg
14-16: test prop @ 250mg/week

I would run a small dosage of letro like 0.25mg ed just in case and bump it up if needed. The caber I would have it and only run it if necessary.
