Anyways for my diet so far,

Before workout-
Large timmy coffee 120cal/ __Protein?
Special K (with milk) 160cal/ 5g Protein
Workout 1hr
Nitro-Tech Hardcore 132cal/ 40g Protein
3m Cobly Cheese 3mm 110cal/ 7g Protein
2 Apples
2 EGGS Large size 160cal/ 14g Protein
30min before 2hr rest before lunch and then off to work.
2 Pack Oatmeal 360cal/8g Protein
Water drink now.
SO From 7:30am-11am I have had 910cal/69Protein
Lunch -
Cheese 110cal/7g Protein
Turkey Brest - Notsure
Protein drink - 132cal/40gprotein
1 Cookie - 60cal/.5g Protein
Pasta with no sauce
Dinner-
Pasta - Notsure
4X Apples with in 9 hr shift
Water all night
Coffee 120cal
