    diet/cycle

    Ok so I have posted a cycle and was told I need some test with my Deca , So I was looking in to getting prop or cye/ what you think?

    Anyways for my diet so far,

    Ok I tryed my best to take down my morning meal

    Before workout-
    Large timmy coffee 120cal/ __Protein?
    Special K (with milk) 160cal/ 5g Protein

    Workout 1hr

    Nitro-Tech Hardcore 132cal/ 40g Protein
    3m Cobly Cheese 3mm 110cal/ 7g Protein
    2 Apples
    2 EGGS Large size 160cal/ 14g Protein

    30min before 2hr rest before lunch and then off to work.

    2 Pack Oatmeal 360cal/8g Protein

    Water drink now.

    SO From 7:30am-11am I have had 910cal/69Protein

    Lunch -
    Cheese 110cal/7g Protein
    Turkey Brest - Notsure
    Protein drink - 132cal/40gprotein
    1 Cookie - 60cal/.5g Protein
    Pasta with no sauce

    Dinner-

    Pasta - Notsure
    4X Apples with in 9 hr shift
    Water all night
    Coffee 120cal

    Your diet still needs a lotta work bro...you need a long estered test, like cyp or eth instead of prop as well

    Bro,Ok first and foremost PLEASE research a bit more before you start anything...look into the diet section here before doing anything else...never mind the compounds right now.You taking anything will mean nothing if your training and nutrition is not on the money!

    I am sure of that right now, I still have them on order and don't plan on starting yet, I am slowly building up a cal intake plan, I will get there, and I will get some prop as well,

    Or if he wants prop, have a nandrolone with a short ester..... But that diet isn't very good. In my opinion you should really be something of an expert in diet and weight training before taking any steroids .

    do you have any clue what these compounds are? prop you mean cyp? they are both test, just different esters...please just research a ton more, and dont even consider anabolics at this point...work on your diet like everyone has told you...read read read

    Diet is really in need of a total overhaul. Remove all your processed foods and stick to clean, whole foods. You should be eating in the neighborhood of 3000-3500 cals/ed if you want to add mass. Also, prioritize your diet by breaking it down into macros (protein, carbs, fats). Aim for a 40% protein, 40% carb, 20% fat diet. A billion threads about this if you care to do a basic search.

    Ok I agree with you on him getting his diet in check....But please lets not mess his head up with other compounds...faster acting means more injections...not good for a guy trying to get it together..

    Well, I guess I wasn't clear enough with that last line. I kind of meant that he shouldn't do them at all and the first point was just academic.

    How much time would it take to go from 168lb to 185lb?
    (without products) All real food?

    Sounds like you are close to being a beginner. So not very long. Could be anywhere from 5 to 9 months with optimum diet and training. You are also young, and likely to have fairly high test levels. That and being new to this should allow you to get some pretty nice gains for up to year.

    man, look...everyone is telling you...get your diet in check and training in check and you'll make awesome gains from being natural...and i mean a real diet...go to the diet forum and look at the stickies and read about the bulking diet...if you can't be dedicated to your diet and training then you dont need aas in the future

    Exactly, his diet is so wrong he wont get keepable gains no matter what type of ester used. 1st your realing on to much sythetic protien, use shakes as in between meals to keep appeatite/metabolism going, get your nutrition from whole foods. You need to get your diet on a schedule, this will keep your metabolism at a high rate, burning calories but also allowing you to eat more whole protien, getting at least 6 whole food meals in (small of course) with a few shake with amino's broken up in between.

    Ok I will try to keep my diet up, If this place I order product from is coming, It will be Deca /CLEN for after the deca cycle, I also have novla coming, still need bromo, but how long will this stay good for?

    I am going to work on a good 3000 - 3200cal a day for a 170lb male 5'9 this should work eh? Hopefully this product stays good or come if that hahah? and then I can look to doing it about 6-9 months down the road

    I think you should wait on the AS usage, and do more research on your own, you dont have a clue so why would you put all these chemicals in your body not knowing??

    I am assuming this is a first cycle? You should use test only for first cycle. You will literally waste the deca if you dont. I gained 25lbs on my test only cycle. If I had added a second compound such as deca I can hardly imagine that my body would have been able to add anymore muscle than it did, I just would have experienced a harsher shutdown and a bigger drain on the wallet. But as everyone has said you need to have your diet 100% down before starting anabolics or you will just blow up for a short period of time and afterwards right back where you were. This will just make you feel bad and make it obvious to everyone around you that you were taking steroids .

    Well, I was going to move my workout to 3 day

    leg/chest
    bicep/ticep
    back/shoulders

    And as long as my product will stay good, I can hold off for another 9 months, while I try to gain, would I have to put it in the frige till I USE IT OR LET IT SIT in room temp?

    Also, I am worrie that if I gain so much pounds is it going to look fatty ugly or ok if I workout and follow the right bodybuilders plan

    It can sit at room temp for atleast a year or two and still be absolutely fine... If you eat a proper diet you wont get too fat. See the CLEAN BULK sticky in the diet section.
