After initially researching jintropin I was advised not to use it due to my age and fact it was my first cycle etc. I went back training for a couple of months with something nagging inside me head - I still wanted to grow and get stronger.
Many people advised that Test E would be a good first cycle along with Dbol. I started looking into both of these powerful drugs. Week 4 - As above
Weeks 5-12 - Test E only at 400mgs
However, after conducting my research I still have a few niggling questions which I would be grateful if someone could clear up for me -
I would be injecting the Test E every 5 days - What would be the best time of day to do this? And would it be ok to inject in the ass (the fleshy bit under you're cheek) or is it better in you're thigh? You should be injecting every 3.5 days. Example, mon morning thurs night. I suffered with acne as a teenager and I feel that it is highly likely that it may return on this cycle. I have a good skin care regimen at the moment, would this be enough or is it a case of just dealing with it? Probably not. Dawn dish soup nizoral shampoo, 2 showers a day work for some. Me i have to go get a script.
What would be a good antiestrogen to take during this cycle and when and how should I take it? Is it essential or should I just have some on standby incase the symptoms start to appear?
Adex would be the choice anti e during cycle and for pct. I wouldnt advise to take it unless you need it, but always have it on hand for use if gyno waning signs appear or you get too bloated.
As I'm sure most of you will agree we all take steroids for the gains, so when I come off the gear I want to keep as much of the muscle as possible, can anyone recommend what I should do / take on the PCT?

get all of your gear laid out before you do anything. Pins pct aas-everything. Mae sure you diet is spot on check the diet forum. This is your one and only shot at gaining 30 lbs in 3 months, dont screw it up! Your first cycle for most produces massive gains after that they taper off.
