What exactly does it feel like, as in, is it hard? Is it a lump... how can you be sure its gyno and not just a bit of fat/bloating?

depends what type, glandular or fatty.
i have no personal experience with it (nor do i want to) but its been stated to be either a hard lump under your nipple that is sensitive to touch, or excess fat deposits that look like a female breast

you can feel mine.. jk.. but mine is a hard mass directly under the nip.. and can be sensitive..

Allmost feels like fatty deposits under and around nipples . If you are getting gyno your nipps will be super sensitive also .

puffy swollen nipples, fat tissue under your nipple, you'll feel it.

there are 2 types of gyno, glandular (the hard lump) and fatty (the fat) so just because you dont have fat doesnt mean you dont have gyno. just keep that in mindOriginally Posted by prodigy9daniel
