I saw your stats in the profile. Equipoise would add weel in a clean bulker. Not great gains from it but nice quality. If you want to keep lean have an AI on hand in case you are prone to water retention.
What if he ran a little Deca with it? Around 200-300mg week?

yeah i only want to gain 10-15pounds over the next 2-3 months, but i dont want to blow up also.. I know sus can blow ya up or stay lean depending on the person.. however i want to stack it with something that can allow me to keep most of what I put on easier, and keep me somewhat lean while on my cycle..
i have access to deca, I was just wanting to avoid deca d***, and if i add deca from what i read it will make me blow up and pack on serious mass.. it would be nice to add that much mass but I want to stay somewhat lean, and not lose 10pounds while on PCT.
just make sure you run the right amount of test when using decca, and always have the right gear and dosage for pct, to keep most of your size when running pct always make sure your diet is in check and are lifting heavy
Run your deca for 10 weeks, two less than test, have your PCT in check with proper SERM and AI and keep your hands on an AI too for the duration on the cycle. A clean diet will firstly keep your body lean.

i would up eq to 600mg. wk I personally hate eq but thats my opinion. what is your cycle experience we need to know your history to give you proper info.
First cycle? If so stick with the sus.

there are many other compounds we could recommend to you for the goals you have in mind but being you are new to aas I wouldn't recommend taking all that. Imo i would do test and winnie so you can harden up but stay basic for now. you don't need much.

you got it right. run the winnie the last six wks. You can run it one or two wks past the test. pct have an AI and a Serm. hookers pct works well I use it every time.
Sust @ 500mg a week is gona be enough for your second cycle . My second was sust @ 250mgs a week for 12 weeks . Dident gain much weight but it made me ripped and strong as fvck . SUST IS ENOUGH:wg:

Its all diet dependent. I tend told hold alot of water on sus. eat how you want to build its that simple. and personally I dont think adding winnie is a problem being your second cycle. My first cycle i took dbol, test, deca. loved every min of it. I didnt need all those compounds but I dont regret it. Since then I have run that same cycle three other times. My point is second cycle add a second compound. You want to add to your experience and winnie is an easy way to do that and help you towards your goals. imo
i think so also.. I was thinkin about deca and sus for the 12 weeks and adding winny at week 7 and running it till 14. but it was just an idea i had.
Winnie would be a good choice but only if you can find injectable
i love deca but it might put too much water on you for what your trying to accomplish. Im not trying to contradict myself but if you want to use deca do it where you can give it your all eating wise, and gain a shit load of weight. deca works best for all out bulking imo.Quote:
