Hello,fellas.I'm preparing for my new cycle and i need some feedback on my proposed diet and cycle.I'm 23 years old,5'6 and 190 pounds,around 10% bf.I've been training for 4 years and I have 4 cycles under my belt consisting of test,eq and Dbol.You can find some pictures of me at this link

My next cycle looks like this:
WK:1-12-500mg test enanthat(first week 1000 mg frontload)

wk:1-8-400 mg tren enanthat
pct:nolva+hcg+clomid
Cycle questions:
1.Is 400 mg of tren ew too much?
2.If no,is 500 mg of test enuogh to run with the tren and eq...i don't want fina dick or somethig.
3.Do i need to frontload the tren or eq too?
4.Never used tren before,is the goal of gaining muscle while droping fat realistic,or this tren effect is just a myth?

Diet questions:
1.Is 3400 calories too much for my goal?(quality mass,eventually but not neccessary some fat loss)
2.Sould i take the 100 g carbs from meal 3 before training,maybe for more energy?
3.I want only 3 insulin spikes ,are the 50g carrots afecting the insulin level?
