    Diet+Cycle Critique

    Hello,fellas.I'm preparing for my new cycle and i need some feedback on my proposed diet and cycle.I'm 23 years old,5'6 and 190 pounds,around 10% bf.I've been training for 4 years and I have 4 cycles under my belt consisting of test,eq and Dbol .You can find some pictures of me at this link Pics of me .My goal is to gain some quality mass while ,maybe,dropping a digit or two of bodyfat.


    (A)CYCLE:

    My next cycle looks like this:
    WK:1-12-500mg test enanthat(first week 1000 mg frontload)
    Wk:1-12-600 mg eq
    wk:1-8-400 mg tren enanthat


    pct:nolva+hcg +clomid

    Cycle questions:
    1.Is 400 mg of tren ew too much?
    2.If no,is 500 mg of test enuogh to run with the tren and eq...i don't want fina dick or somethig.
    3.Do i need to frontload the tren or eq too?
    4.Never used tren before,is the goal of gaining muscle while droping fat realistic,or this tren effect is just a myth?

    (B)DIET:
    Meal 1(Pro+Carb):
    12 egg whites+150g low fat cheese+70 g oats
    Total:
    Protein:70 g
    Carb:60 g
    Fat:5g
    Calories:600

    Meal 2(Pro)
    150 g low fat cheese+50 g whey protein
    Protein:50 g
    Carb:10 g
    Fat:5 g
    Calories:300

    Meal 3(Pro+Carb):
    200 g chicken breast+100 g complex carb(brown rice or potatoes or pasta)
    Total:
    Protein:65 g
    Carb:100 g
    Fat:5g
    Calories:750

    Meal 4(Pro):
    200 g chicken breast+50 carrots
    Total:
    Protein:60 g
    Carb:5 g
    Fat:5g
    Calories:300

    Meal 5(Pro):
    200 g chicken breast+50 carrots
    Total:
    Protein:60 g
    Carb:5 g
    Fat:5g
    Calories:300

    Meal 6(Pro-Pre workout):
    150 g tuna canned+50g carrots
    Total:

    60g whey+70 g low+high glycemic carbs

    200 g chicken breast+30g pistachio nuts
    Protein:70 g
    Carb:3 g

    SUPS:Glutamine,Creatine,Aminos,Animal Pak,digestive enzimes.

    Diet questions:
    1.Is 3400 calories too much for my goal?(quality mass,eventually but not neccessary some fat loss)
    2.Sould i take the 100 g carbs from meal 3 before training,maybe for more energy?
    3.I want only 3 insulin spikes ,are the 50g carrots afecting the insulin level?

    I think the frontload of test is a waste. Otherwise you will be fine with what you got. Keep it simple and just dont complicate things

    Yes.I have 2 200mg/ml bottles of tren enanthate and athought 400mg/ew sounds good.I know...tren is hard but i can take it.

    Looks pretty good to me bro...however here's my concern...4 cycles and you're still under 200lbs....personally I would my ass off on getting to the 200 mark then cycling but thats me.

    I personally am a fan of frontloading. I think your cals look good for a lean bulk.

    Its true.But this is after the diet.Imediatly after cycle i was wei***ng 210 but with much more bodyfat.

    How much BF bro????...200 or so with about 12-15% would be ideal...

    thats about were i was before diet.After diet i was at aprox 10%.
    i thought i can do better than 15% bf.Actually i look way bigger at 190 then when i was at 210.Its not a problem of getting wheight.I can do(and i did) that easyly bau now is the quality of the gains that concern me.Remember ,i am not a tall man(5'6).210 whith more than 15 bf is not really my idea of good looking.

    - do 400 of tren E, it's the appropriate dosage. what lab you're using?
    - i see no justification for frontload in this cycle
    - tren will do the work, you should get stornger, leaner and bigger with this combination
    - i think the GI of carrot is not high, 50gr will not cause much of insulin spike, stick to the diet for 10 days or so, and thyen adjust it according to the results, but i think you're aiming right

    blue runner you can't ask him for the lab of his stuff...Visu, i'm glad to finally see someone that knows something about diet...looks like you've come a pretty long way....diet is the number one thing...looks good so far, but as blue said, adjust accordingly as you go...you may need to slowly up your calories as the cycle goes on as you build muscle...

    what up bro.. 400mg of tren a week is it too much? well in my opinion it is. you really dont need all that to see amazing results. I ve used tri tren 150 every 5th day which equals to 200mg a week of tren. I was taking winny ed at 50mg but man i got some awsome results with only that. i gained 20lbs and lost about 4% bf in 6 weeks! so its not a myth. I was only taking 100 to 120 grams a carbs a day too exept on my cheat day where i would eat 250g. still i could not belive how i would not stop growing. More is not aways better but to each their own. with no test I never got fina dick but ofcouse I could not nut half as much but u also last longer. good luck bro beware of the tren headaches!!!

    i think your good to go w/ the 400mg/week of tren ....that's only about 57mg/day, and when most people start w/ tren ace, they will run at least 50/day and usually bump to 75...so i feel the 400 is good for you

    yeah i mean you could do 400mg and a lot of people do. But you can achive awsome results with 200mg a week with a lot less sides. I belive there is a line where the sides outweigh the benefit but thats me. I say start with about 200mg see how your body reacts to it, if you start seeing what you want with that dose than keep going with it and if not bump it up a little say 300mg and see what happens from there. Everybody is diffrent so you gotta find what works for you.
