What would be a good dose of T3 that would be the least catabolic on your muscles and still give you decent fat loss?
This is a good question that id like to know, I am planning to be on cycle next time I do T3, but ramp up just before I start. I am hoping low doses such as 25mcg will be less catabolic than really high doses.
really depends weather your on cycle or not.... naturally I would say 25mcg to be the MOST as 12.5 is about what your body produces... on cycle... it would depend on compounds but eve @ 100mcg a day if you eat sufficient calories you wont have a problem with muscle wasting its still going to come down to diet you can just get away with more on cycle
t3 is not catabolic, its your diet thats catabolic. t3 increases metabolism so if u keep eating the same ur in a catabolic fat\muscle loss state. (depends on nutrients)
