    first time

I am hoping to get some help. I'm fifty eight and when I was a child I had polio that affected my legs. since I have gotten older my legs are so weak they will hardly carry my weight, I have eq 50mg/ml and test 100mg/ml and I'm wandering how much I should use and for how long. I'm just wanting to get some strength back in my legs, so any advise will be very much appreciated.

i would say if you used the test at about 250mg/week and worked them out good, that you should be ok...i dont think the eq would be much help b/c it needs to be a much higher dose...stick w/ just the test and you should be alright...might wanna check w/ your doctor to be sure w/ this though

Steroids often make you really strong really fast, this puts a tremendous strain on the joints and the tendons,I honestly dont think its a good Idea at this point in time as you stated your legs can barly hold your own weight. You might want to slowly get your legs stronger first by light training and gradualy move into heavier weight.Sorry if its not what you wanna hear but this is my 2cents

    goodluck

i would suggest a doctor visit. At that age you don't want to risk anything.. its better to be safe than sorry.
