Hit a nerve, in my bicep. What to do?

I was injecting winny into my left bicep this past monday and noticed that as I was 3/4 of the way in when I hit what I think was a nerve. I say it was a nerve because my arm locked up and felt numb for a second. Now my tricep will not quit twitching, it's not non-stop but it is very constant. Is this something that will go away or do I need to get it checked out . By the way I was using a 1in 23 gauge needle. Thanks guys

Bicep C-5 innervation, Tricep C-7 innervation should be fine over time.

i used only on my bi's used Big a's protocol,
and it worked great. need to be very carful though
